This redundant Ford repair centre was awarded to City Circle as they have proven record to handle difficult situations where we in close proximity of residence, tram & power lines and busy thurifers. Working closely with Yarra Trams, Vic Roads and the City of Stonington, large walls were brought down in a safe manner all in accordance with our traffic management plan, safe works procedures and all local stakeholders. This is a typical City Circle project where the large developer hands over the site; we arrange permits, disconnection of services, site security and facilities, complete asbestos removal and demolition, landscaping and handover.
