Eden on the Park

This high exposure demolition site is a classic example of City Circle Demolition’s ability to perform ahead of schedule and in a safe manner.  9 Queens Rd Melbourne was a 6 storey concrete building that had to be totally stripped out prior to demolition.  This was achieved by displacing accumulated rubbish through access holes in each level to awaiting dust controlled bin trucks.  The actual demolition was then achieved by using 40 tonne excavators with various attachments.
