4&20 Pie Factory

The demolition of this factory was completed in two stages for preparation of a new industrial park.  The enormity of this project was in the actual preparation of the site prior to demolition.  This involved the removal of large quantities of both A grade and B grade asbestos and salvaging of some 15,000 sq mts of refrigeration panels, 12,000 tonne of 20mm NDCR and 25mm aggregate was produced on site that was used later for ongoing civil works. This $2 million plus project was completely controlled by City Circle for the duration of the job where up to 30 staff would be employed at any one time.
