This 12 month $500,000 project consisted of a variety of tasks to prepare the existing Pentridge Jail for residential housing.
- Asbestos and contaminated silastic removal
- Demolition of brick and concrete structures
- Relocation of Heritage Wall
- Crushing of 13,560 tonne of NDCR and concrete – size of rock to development specification
- Delicate separation of heritage and non heritage dwellings
- Removal of razor wire from outer perimeter fence.
