Toorak Shopping Village

This high profile strip-out was conducted at the old “Tok H” site in association with Probuild Construction.  This labour intensive project proved to be quite challenging due to the large volumes of rubbish to be removed, noise constraints, working with other trades and heights.  The project consisted of numerous floor and wall concrete penetrations which were conducted in a safe and rapid manner. City Circle Demolition was still able to salvage a high percentage of material to ensure sustainability and viability.
