In order to achieve an Accident Free Workplace all parties shall adopt the following principles:

• All work shall be carried out in the safest possible manner.
• All possible precautions must be taken whilst overhead work is being carried out.
• Where appropriate, signage and barricades will be established to protect the public.
• Scaffold protection to a minimum Occupational Health and Safety Authority standard will be erected on all jobs where required to protect workers and the public.
• Where hazardous materials (such as asbestos) are required to be removed, this activity will be carried out according to the requirements of the Responsible Authority.
• It is the responsibility of every person on site to ensure that safe work practices are practices on the site. Company management will ensure that adequate supervision and support are given to the Foreman and all employees.

City Circle Demolition acknowledges and actively encourage the right of any employee to report situations with which concerns are raised to their health and safety. A collaborative process will be used to ensure all employees are at ease with their work environment.
